Please note I am not the Security Manager, nor would I be involved in issues at the bar, nor would I ever be the team member that would go to a guests room, especially if we were to the point of asking a guest to exit the property. There is obviously some hostility and confusion in your review towards myself and my role in this alleged situation. Valid ID is required inside all casinos per State law and not providing such would require us to ask a patron to leave. We respectfully must disagree with your claims of racism as your review clearly states your unwillingness to comply with the simple policies and processes of our business operation. In order to do such we do also require guests to cooperate with and comply with our security team and our policies while on our property. Palace Station takes the security and comfort of our guests seriously and our security team works hard to ensure all guests are safe, comfortable and welcome while on our property.
